To activate inContact, you need to be registered for Online Banking.

You have access to inContact


Login to Online Banking. Select 'Online Banking Settings', select 'Banking' and then the inContact 'Change' button to use this convenient service.

Register for Online Banking


  1. Go to www.fnb.co.za
  2. Select 'Register'.
  3. Select 'Register with my card and ATM details'
  4. Enter your card, PIN and captcha code.
  5. Select 'Continue'.
  6. Verify your personal details and set up your user ID and password to access your profile online. Note the password rules.
  7. Select 'Register'.
  8. A Thank You screen will display your Online Banking registration details. Select 'Continue' to login to your Online Banking profile .
  9. Login to Online Banking, select 'Online Banking Settings', select 'Banking' and then the inContact 'Change button to use this convenient service.

  • You can choose when you want to receive your messages - during the day (07:00 - 20:00) or 24 hours a day
  • Choose how to receive notifications - via SMS, email or both
  • You can receive one message with details of your multiple debits that are processed overnight, e.g. debit orders, stop orders, and scheduled payments
  • Receive your inContact messages for transactions over R100 only or an amount specified by you
  • Receive messages for transactions on accounts which belong to you only
  • Choose which accounts you want to link to inContact.
  • inContact will not send messages for transactions on accounts which you access using a link or mandate
