Follow these simple steps to pay or top up your account:

  1. Dial *120*321# and select the green/dial button on your cellphone.
  2. You will receive a Welcome to Cellphone Banking message. Select Reply/Answer.
  3. Key in your 5-digit Cellphone Banking PIN selected at registration. Then select 'Send'.
  4. Choose 'Prepaid'.
  5. Choose 'PayTV'.
  6. Select 'DStv' or 'BoxOffice' and follow the easy prompts.

*Between 22h00 PM and 07h00 AM MultiChoice conducts technical maintenance on their system. If you make a DStv subscription payment or BoxOffice top up during this time your FNB account will be debited immediately, but your DStv or BoxOffice account will only be activated after 07h00 AM.
